One Penn Plaza is a skyscraper in Midtown Manhattan located adjacent to the famous Madison Square Garden and the major train hub of Pennsylvania Station. Elevecture worked together with A+1 Architects to design and provide glass panel installations to be incorporate into the stair risers.
