315 Hudson Yards, originally built in 1896 by Henry Heide has been owned and operated by Jack Resnick and Sons.  In 2018 under the direction of FxCollabortative an extensive renovation occurred to the building, with the anchor tenant Google. Elevecture collaborated with the elevator design by custom matching reclaimed barnwood panels under 2mm AG Gorilla® Glass.
