3 Times Square, also known as the Thomas Reuters building is located in the middle of the theatre district. The tower opened in 2001 as the North American headquarters of Reuters Group. Elevecture is working with FX Collaborative to provide custom back painted vertical and horizontal glass panels installations in the ceiling lobby of the building. Rudin Management is the owner and  developer of this 30-story tower.
