1345 Avenue of the Americas

1345 Avenue of the Americas, owned and operated by Fischer Brothers located in the heart of midtown was completed in 1969 by Phillip Emery.  Under the direction of Skidmore Ownings and Merrill Elevecture provide 34 elevator cabs with laminated Gorilla® Glass, six panel  custom built luminous ceilings.  In 1973, the first handheld phone call was made from this location.
